I do not know how long has gone through, audience in the world whose eyes for beauty have been stirred to be exhausted by visual effects of Hollywood, finally once again feel returning shock in “Avatar”. This shock, with you, with me, and him has a different perception of inspiration. People feel surprised and appreciate it which has been the hot topic in the winter approaching to spring festival. People bring out many particular or critical opinions and have the general consensus. In the same time, I drew a conclusion from many years’ experiences and countless evidence of cases —- only by decorating and furnishing in a voyage can a designer genuinely practice and improve the overall ability of control. Home design includes pattern definition in design, superiority control in procedure arrangement, accurate measurement in numerology, spatial thinking in hydro-electricity project, important analysis in communication studies… When a perfect work of home design was publicized and receiving professional appreciation and evaluation by its owner, my intuition and feeling had to tell you definitely that big voyages entailed high-level designs. If it is just like what is said in the film that everyone has an Avatar, where is mine? How does it look then? The first question after I finished the movie just popped into my head without decoration. The answer for it however instantly ran out, pressing up straightly to my heart, and replied: He must be a crazy designer filled with imagination, a design demon with free mind and body, who right lies in my sub consciousness in control of my life, my love, and everything.

I am not so fortunate as the hero in the film who have found the Na’vi tribe which belongs to him. I haven’t got such a stirring experience as him that he can challenge the whole tribe’s living and residence. But my Avatar is always actively going with me, running and dashing with me on the road of designing tirelessly, impacting one and another top peaks about me and about the design. I wanted to thank my Avatar, for he was so persistent, so tough. It was him that accompanied and supported me all the way made me for have greater longing for future and more sure: My design would become more mature and perfect in the constant confirmation of theory and practice. Secular, we completely can not see our own Avatar, but we still have the right to imagine: Avatar is just on your side, if I have something to share with this partnership, I will tell him: We don’t need words and explaination between us, and enthusiastically, dedicatedly move forward our dream and goal together and never give up.

I have organized the whole company to the cinema for “Avatar”, but I don’t know whether the colleagues together with me have their own Avatar, and if they have such tacit agreement and commitment. I hope that they can fight side by side and live with promise in the designing world belonging to them, just as me do. All species can be pretty, not because they correspond people’s aesthetical standard, but because their soul communication with each other. In this visual appreciation, like all the audience, I experience a life dream and heart baptism. The strong shocking and the soft imagination make me hear the happiness of heart beat and the breath of eyes. This feeling comes not only from the special effects, more from the details, from the childlike imagination, and flows from the bottom of my fullfiling. And it let me think of the design that I’m doing, and I understand: details move people and souls coexist.

The respect to life of the director is exhaustive in the film. Some nice small details are just like the feeling of creaking nest, which can not be spoke out. The floating dandelion-like creature is freely suspending between the islands in the clouds with the amazing freedom… How far is clear pure and us? What is the distance between hot dream and us? How far is sincere from us who has been in the running of twisted dark crap tangled vulgar? How home design moves people with a pure strength?

When I was thinking about the details that Avatar give us, I also know where is the most moving place of home design: the details of human care. The natural dream in busy city,the simple identity among many jobs and the unforgettable scenery of foreign lands, when we understand the soft pursue of owners, the details are the bridge of communication. Of course, as one creature of university, I think I will pay more attention of the attractiveness of details in the future communication. I will make the design be revealed with a perfect cover and present the attractiveness and details in all aspects of design, in order to express my respect to individuals and my own design.
